Director’s Statement:
I wrote this film to express and vent the pain I experienced after the death of my grandfather, who was my only source of unconditional love. No one was aware of my suffering, and no one spoke to me about his absence. I did not realize that I had withdrawn into a sharp shell until I lost my balance and felt a burning pain inside me without understanding the reason behind it.
I had nothing left but to face the truth: I was suffering deeply from his absence. I had to accept this pain, embrace it, and allow it to be.
